Caviar House & Pruniers are worldwide with locations ranging from Dubai to London to Denmark. However, we chose the branch at the Sydney Airport simply because TLTB has spent many an hour enjoying the finest local seafood and wine (or even a cold Aussie beer) while awaiting a flight out of Sydney.

TLTB loves the sleek black and white design of the restaurant and the warm service is extremely welcome (even if you are a caviar virgin). If you fancy taking some on your travels with you, or for an in-flight snack, caviar can be purchased and packed up to be kept cool for up for 12 hours.
